Business and People: The Keys to Success
What’s the first thing you think of when you hear “HR?” You’ve probably heard the phrase “hire and fire” when referring to Human Resources. Many people at an organization view HR as the place you go when you have a complaint, but in reality, there isn’t a single decision made at a company without HR’s involvement. This training will teach leaders how to leverage their most valuable asset to their business: their people! This training will also show leaders how to develop effective people strategies for their organizations, but also how to pivot those strategies during times of organizational change.

Now that you know the fundamentals of building a strategy, let’s workshop your idea! This workshop is meant to be a hands-on experience that encourages out-of-the-box thinking and practical strategy development to determine the viability and timeline of launching your strategy.
